Saw this on another site and thought it was interesting. Ever wonder why it takes so long to process your NFA forms. Here is a picture Gemtech posted on its Facebook page, this is just 1 batch of forms going to an examiner on a single day.

More pics of secretary available? The arms and thighs look promising.

A lot of this burden would be lifted if they just eliminated the forms transferring from manufacturer to dealer.

Yes it would Erick. If they could automate the form 3 it would drastically cut their work load. Every suppressor that is produced has pretty much 3 forms processed before the form 4. Form 2, form 3 to distributor, form 3 to dealer. It's asinine and takes a month or better. Those forms are all by/between licensed SOT holders. No reason that it takes any time and can't be done electronically.

That looks like it might be Snook. She's pretty cute. :)

Back in the 80's the examiner I had was taking 12-18 months to process. After everbody complaining to the director they investigated and found her desk drawers full of paperwork. She was only working a couple days a week because of all the holidays and vacation time they get. Did they fire her? NO! they just transfered her to a different section.
