Here's how this works- Whenever I get "free" coffee, I put a dollar or two in the tip jar by the register. I don't try to hide it. Twice a year on Christmas and in July, I put a $100 bill in the tip jar. I try to hide it, but they have me figured out by now...

Kind of what I thought. One of the guys brought some ground Starbucks to elk camp to make coffee. Had a bitter aftertaste to me.

I think it tastes burnt.

I prefer Dunkin' Donuts coffee. If I'm broke, I settle for Cain's.

Someone I know that is on another forum says that Starbucks overcooks their beans. I guess he has been in that business, so I guess he would know. As for me, I refuse to pay that kind of price for coffee. I don't even like buying it in convenience stores when we are traveling.
