Hard for victim to give chase to perp. Usually it would be taking the shoes. This time it was the prosthetic leg. Not so sure about Joe Crook's reason for wearing said leg on his head. Regardless it certainly got Joe some unwanted attention. Wonder what his pod mates have to say about his unusual head wear?

I cannot find it anywhere on the youtubes but I was watching an episode of Baitcar years ago. In the episode, I think was Atlanta, a man parked his car at a local stop-N-rob and a guy was waiting on him to get out of the car so he could steal it. The thief was actually holding the door to the car for the cop to get out and the thief just hops in and drives off.

Well as you know, the bait car has engine kill switches when the cops are ready to pounce they kill the car and lock the doors. This guy actually denied stealing the car to the face of the cop he held the door open.
