Ha. Wife said bad things come in three and she's starting to scare me. 1. Water heater did an imitation of flooding in Tennessee. 2. City water meter decided I needed a fountain in my front yard (my side of the meter. 3. Didn't have a 110 to hook up to the new tankless heater. I always think God would be a great scales man at a cotton Gin. Everything that went through a Gin was bubble on the bubble. No give and no take. So, I. Found a great plumber on the phone driving 90mph to get home that could come right over. I got a great deal on good quality tankless gas wh (I've always wanted one) and they could put it in the next day and did. 2. Perhaps the hardest person on the planet was working at the Water Dept when I call about the meter. Most would have just turned off the water and had a crew to my house the next day but probably Monday. This guy never missed a beat in that horrid heat and worked well past dark till he got it fixed. 3. We can never get an electrician but made a call and he had a young man that was one of my best friends son who I watched grow up. He could send him over and did so he was going to tie into an existing line and put in a plug. I figured I'd make it a good call so I'm going to have him un hook a useless 220 that I had to put in when I remodeled one of the bathrooms and put in a combo heat/light/vent. Not sure why I though I needed a heater.....old dog thing I guess, but I can use those two breakers it takes up for other things. So.....maybe my wife is right and bad things come in 3's. Maybe I'm right too and God is a great scales man
