I have some yellow fin tuna thawing in the fridge for some sushi.

I prefer my fish rolled in corn meal and cooked in peanut oil.

Thawed out some yellow fin tuna tonight and made a quick salad while the cast iron skillet was getting smoking hot.
Did a 20 second sear on each side, sliced and seasoned with some salt and pepper with a little wasabi to eat with the tuna.
Absolutely love seared ahi tuna.
