Steve Baldwin http://www.baldwin-sights.com (Jones Okla.)
I could be wrong, but I don’t think Baldwin was the Benelli guy. That web address is for sale now. Does anyone know if that means he is out of business? Wasn't he the Benelli shotgun expert in the area? I want to get some loading port beveling done, as well as extending the loading gate. I've never had "Benelli Thumb" while hunting, but when shooting, and reloading quickly to get ready for competition, I have done it several times.

Surgeon Rifles was once out around Shawnee. They were a custom action/rifle builder. That link works. The one with the dash in the original post did not. That said, the site doesn't contain much info. I am not sure who I am thinking of then. I remember it was someone within an hour of OKC. Maybe Shawnee? I remember it was more or less east of OKC. This is a great topic. Quality 'smiths seem to be going the way of the dodo.
