Out of those three I think I'd choose the Courtyard Tulsa Downtown. It's pretty much brand new. Or you could stay for my place at free, I'm 15 mins east of downtown.

If the Courtyard is in that old Atlas Life building I'd stay there. It's a cool building and you're right on Boston which is the main nerve of historic downtown Tulsa.

Crowne Plaza's okay... big and has a nice lobby but the place desperately needed a facelift last time I stayed there. Wasn't worth it.

Haven't stayed at the Holiday Inn down there. The other two are much closer to the action.

If I am not mistaken the crowne plaza was remodeled not too long ago. From what I could tell it seemed nice, though I didn't see any of the rooms as I was there on business.
