That is the redneck towing method. You jam the front of the mower into the car, tie it down, make sure your mower is in neutral, then drive 75 mph to the mower repair shop praying not to run into any cops on the way.

That works pretty well unless one hits a speed bump and sends the rear of the mower up and over.
