I love the way Napolitano writes.

"This abominable legislation enjoyed overwhelming support from both political parties in Congress because the establishment loves power, fears dissent and hates inconvenience, and it doesn’t give a damn about the Constitution."

That's good stuff right there. Sooner or later they will muzzle him. That will be a sad day.

Last week, President Obama signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. This law permits Secret Service agents to designate any place they wish as a place where free speech, association and petition of the government are prohibited. And it permits the Secret Service to make these determinations based on the content of speech.

No way is this constitutional except that during the Bush years or maybe during Clinton's reign (I forget) free speech zones were found to be constitutional by the supreme knotheads. Thus those same knotheads will probably find some slick lawyer ease way to make this abomination constitutional too.

LAWYERS! GOTTA LOVE 'EM.

This abominable legislation enjoyed overwhelming support from both political parties in Congress because the establishment loves power, fears dissent and hates inconvenience, and it doesn’t give a damn about the Constitution. It passed the Senate by unanimous consent, and only three members of the House voted against it. And the president signed it in secret. It is more typical of contemporary China than America. It is more George III than George Washington.

The author got that right, except he should have said Mao's RED China instead of contemporary China.

And is anyone surprised that the obamanation signed this in secret? OR that both parties supported it overwhelmingly. Is there any doubt left in anyone's mind that they consider us subjects and they the masters?

Anyone?
Doubt?
Anyone?
