Yep, you can CCW a Glock 17 with 18 rounds but a button on a knife is bad. Pretty dumb.
A little off topic, but what exactly the concealed weapons laws cover varies hugely from state to state. For example, the OK carry license ONLY covers handguns, so is technically a "handgun carry license" that is irrelevant to knives and other weapons. On the other hand, my birth state of Kentucky issues a "concealed weapons license" that allows you to carry anything up to a civil war sword and M2 machine gun if you can manage to conceal it under your trench coat.
Switchblades are legal to own, illegal to carry for regular people. Never made any sense to me.
