Depends... is it YOUR wedding/funeral? Same thing, really...

I went to a fancy-schmancy wedding not long ago. Hated it. One of the few not in a suit, too many "upper-crusters" - they were serving some kinda duck finger food, had ice sculptures and the whole bit.

I left right after the ceremony. Yeah, yeah, happy wedding and all that, good luck to ya'll, I'm outta here. Too damn many people crowded in at the reception, too close, to fancy - all I wanted was to GTFO.

I like Men's Warehouse.

Never been in there... I guess the last few "nicer" things I've bought have probably all been at Burlington. I hate suits and ties with a passion, but I suppose if I HAD to wear one, I'd get it at Burlington, or I might try Men's Warehouse.

How much do you want to spend?

Are you going to keep the suit for a looooong time?

Will you need alterations as time goes by...lose weight or gain weight?

Funeral....Jos. A. Banks or Men's Wearhouse.

Wedding..why not rent? If you want to impress for a wedding go to Mr. Ooleys or S J Haggard.
