9mm vs .40sw what to carry

I like 9mm for a handgun intended for defense against 2-legged predators.
The added penetration that .40 brings to the table doesn't justify the longer splits, parts breakage, capacity reduction, increased risk of over-penetration and ammo cost/availability.
Having said that, if I was forced to carry a 40, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

I love my 40. Never liked 9mm but the wife does.. So we'll see what the new one looks like lol
And I still hold 15 in my 40 &. 45

Carry the .40
Reason is when 9mm is out of stock, you can always find the .40 on the shelf.
Also another reason, .40 is closer to a .45acp!

I have a Glock22 .40 that I was able to get a 9mm conversion barrel last year. Now I have the best of both worlds. Can practice with cheaper ammo then take it home and swap it back out.
