I might tell them how many animals I have, but I’m not disclosing anything else.
The appraisal district/tax office here in TX did a fly over to see if I had the cattle I claimed for my ag exemption. Evidently, some folks lie. :censored:
How many layers, how many broilers. ? They are getting too f***ing intrusive.

I’ve been getting tons of these all summer. They were volunteer plants that I moved from the flower bed.
The store bought plants hardly produced anything . Anyone have tips for trying to save the seeds?

Saving tomato seeds, I pick a good one and cut open and remove the seeds.
I put them in a bowl with water till the gel comes off the seeds. Rinse and let seeds completely dry. Do not put on paper towel the seeds will stick to it. Wax paper, glass plate works and easy to get the seeds lose. Once dry, store in cool dark place protected from insects, rodents.

We covered tomatoes in tarps today for tonight's freeze.
The okra and tomato crops are going to be done soon so buddy picks the dead veggi's and lets them dry naturally. Puts them in a vacuum sealer to preserve for next season.
