I think he is referring to the length of the Stinger/Punch cartridge being too long for the match chamber and crimping case mouth to the bullet(too much pressure develops when fired).Twist rate effects bullet flight in the same caliber.
Only the mtr out of the cz 457 models has a match chamber if I recall correctly. It’s not relevant on regular spec chambers.I have an old CZ 475 or 455.... and it eats anything I put in it...... although it does like the standard velocity the best
