It seems the the wildlife dept. didn't see up all the seams on this years draw. I believe you can see if you drew a certain category by checking on your preference points. Under number 8 on the check list "apply online" then choose the preference point option. If your points gained another point then I think it's safe to say no draw. But if your points zero'd out...... :-) Check it out if you dare!
