I've been bugging my GW about this for years! Me too!
Is this what is considered a "hand-propelled missile" in the regs? If so they allow you to pretty much hunt everything that is too small to hit with an atlatl, like rabbit and pheasant and the like.
That was cool. I've watched them get thrown at the outdoor expo. Looks like it would take lots of practice.
Consider me skeptic. As the proud owner of a 7yo , ain't no way I could imagine one sneaking up on an untamed whitetail to 5 yards or so.
