Thing is, if they cannot take them from illegal aliens they **** sure cannot take them from citizens.

I agree the judge is an idiot and should be relieved of judgeship.
I heard an interesting theory regarding this decision.
Knowing that availability of firearms is likely better than whatever sh!thole place these illegals came from. By judge's ruling, violent gun crime is likely to increase significantly and to the point that gullible joe & jane citizen hopefully will demand stricter gun laws.
Don't put anything past those treacherous elected bastards/bitches as citizen's safety and wellbeing is least of their concerns... except maybe at election time.
