Sig has changed their program many times. I believe you contact their LE site and have it shipped to a dealer. Their may or may not be dealers anymore because you had to order at least 75 guns a year. I just don't know how they are doing it this week. The LE rep actually lives in Edmond and is a great guy. Yell at me at the shop and maybe I can help.

Word on the street: Harsh Firearms in Norman recently became a Sig dealer. If that is incorrect, I use Summit Gun Broker out of Missouri.
