Sure. Almost the entire first phase of Tort Reform in Oklahoma was designed to protect hospitals, doctors and other medical care providers. The days of the traveling medical "expert" are pretty much over, and there is a cap on damages that can be recovered.

And there might have been some common sense tort reform if the lawyers did not refuse to even talk about it.

I personally want tart reform. I honestly believe that they should be limited to only cherry. It is the only flavor worthy of the form.
