I have a .40 Baby Eagle semi-compact polymer frame. It's outstanding! The full size has a steel frame and is of course noticeably heavier. I also have a Baby Eagle 9mm, steel frame, also heavier than my .40.. I got rid of my G23 when I got the Eagle!!!
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it is very similar (dare I say, clone?) of the CZ 75; one of my favorites. Very reliable, shoots well. A bit heavy, but very thin, much like a 1911. The full size CZs can be concealed easily with a good IWB holster (I do it all the time; 5'11', 200 lbs). Hope this helps.
Had a 9m/m compact (all steel) that I shot some, then sold it to a neighbor who put 1200 rounds through it in the first 2 months. He would not trade it for anything. It really is a strong 9.
