I have been on both sides of the fence.
Number 1: You did not provide the correct address.
Number 2: You claimed to have the pickup on the 13th.
Number 3: From a retailers standpoint, there are a few people that will gripe about service just so they can get something for nothing. It is hard to sort out these people from the legit gripes. The reatiler must be firm.
