Who do you trust with your deer meat? Anybody around here you trust to be sanitary/clean and that you get your own deer back? If so, please list their name, location and phone number here if possible.
Sounds like a great set up.We have a walk in cooler that is just big enough to hold 4 deer the front half is where the saw and grinders are along with a bench to cut everything up

Do it yourself. It ain't rocket science, and you'll know how the deer was handled, from start to finish. I love Siegi's, but I don't know all the ya-hoos that bring in deer that may have been mishandled.
