Looks like quibids.com...

You have to buy "credits" to bid, and then bid. When I looked at quibids it was ~$.70 per bid. So the company is banking on the fact that a $100 item will draw at least 143 bids, making the item $1.43 (each bid increases the cost of the item by $.01).

But to answer your question, no I have not used them. I had not even heard of them until I saw your post.

Nope and probably never will use an online bidding process. I like the hands-on, touchy-feely way of purchasing a firearm. I don't even waste my time going to a regular auction, because I figure that others will bid the things to an unreasonable price.
