Remember when all the 4473s that were found from Fred Baker’s store(Outdoor America - went out of business a few years back)?

The form 4473 belongs to the atf, it is retained by the ffl until the give up their license then the forms are supposed to be sent back to the atf, when they do nic’s checks they simply say long gun, pistol etc, or as it used to be before the instant check, probably still is in that regard. So, without any conspiracy theory, if you have done a 100 nics checks, the feds already know your a gun owner, and it takes little effort to know exactly what you purchased and it is legal. Alarmists please stop. Old ****ing news. By stuff face to face and never through an ffl if you don’t want to be on “a list” lol

How do we know that the FBI hasn't already created an information channel to the ATF based on the information they have from the NICS background checks?

Maybe the ATF doesn't even need the 4473's?
