Building VTAC barricades

I'm looking for someone who I can hire to build a couple of VTAC barricades. They'd be a little more sturdy than the DIY ones that you see on YouTube with just 1 sheet of plywood. Anyone know of a good contact?

My neighbor does amazing handyman work on the side. He spent his high school and college days working as a cabinet maker, so he can build whatever you want.
