Read a few of the "Lincoln Lawyer" series by Michael Connelly. May give you some ideas of pros and cons. But the mobile OB-GYN idea does have some merit. Maybe a mobile breast exam service, free on Friday nights.....

I had a friend who worked with a mobile Women's Health unit - kinda like the OBI mobile blood donation RV, but for PAPs and such. Worked out well.

I should probably note for the record that I do have an office, though it's certainly no high-rise; I just make the option available to clients to meet elsewhere if that's what works best for them.
