Is it too cold to plant them in pots outside if I have a few started indoors?
I would hold off a few more weeks. Especially if they’ve spent all of their time in a controlled climate.
I got about 35-40 plants sitting in buckets waiting until later this year to plant. All starts from existing plants. Love me some blackberry & peach cobbler.

I really want to brush hog that area, but the berries been so good these past few years.
Trouble is all the brush coming up in there, and each year it encroaches into the hay field more and more!
