Time to take this fellow down hard. Simple rule in my playbook - if you launch an unprovoked attack, you have signed your own death warrant.

I'm going to guess and say this will change the equation and police departments will continue to receive their surplus armored vehicles and 50 caliber rifles from the pentagon.
