That and the eyelashes on the fox on the left is what made me think its a manipulated image.

Notice that the there are no names of any locations and no coordinates visible.

below that I see a horse type/egyptian animal with long neck and beard
The island reminds me of the cartoon vulture going after Bugs Bunny.

I see it, it looks manipulated to me. If you look closely, you can see Sarah Palin annoying people.

She's got good ideas, but she annoys too many people. I do hope she doesn't run.

It really is the real google map photo with no photoshopping. I see a baby skunk in the middle of the ocean and above it I see two fox like faces looking at each other across the ocean strait. The fox that is the Russian peninsula looks like a female with a huge smile and the Alaskan peninsula facing it looks like a male fox.

I do take my meds and will take more later. I was just doing a google map search and saw it.
