I just came down the BA and could see a bucket truck over against the tower this time, Before it was about 25 feet away from the tower. Maybe he decided he would take a ride down to the ground???

I agree with this completely.
In all cerealness, I hope that whenever he gets down he gets treated as somebody who needs help rather than a criminal, despite trespassing, disturbing the peace, or whatever else they try to slap on him. He obviously needs help, not punishment.
