Equinox finish for my EMP slide locally.

Can anyone recommend someone in or around the Tulsa area than can put an Equinox finish on the slide of my EMP? I've searched and can't come up with a good gun smith than can do it yet. I could ship it out of state to have it done but would prefer to spend the money locally and support our community. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Here is my EMP next to my P938.

What machining does it need? I thought that was just a finish? Is it the serrated slide-top?

It's a black finish with the sides machined down.

Of yoi can't find a smith, my GS did a similar finish in cerakote on a GI1911, taping up the exposed part. Did the flutes in my desert tech barrel too, then burnished/polished the rest. Two toned the BR rifle. It was legit.

I'll PM the details, but unless you'd be up for a trip to tropical SWOK (it's our pretty time of year), you'd have to ship.
