Oklahoma Youth Hunting & Shooting Program is having another fundraiser. We have hunting spots for 75 kids, but only have funds to take 60 at this time. We really hate to turn kids away, as it is we sincerely want to introduce as many kids to hunting as we can.

September 21st.
This fundraiser is an European Pheasant Hunt and will take place at http://www.prescribedhunts.com/. Cost @ $300/gun. Includes meals/fun/cleaning birds and etc...bring own gun and about 6 boxes of ammo, you will need it! Expect to take home 10-12 pheasants if you can shoot. The price is for 1 person to participate in the hunt. If you pay, you get to participate in the hunt. Prescribed Hunts are hosting the hunt and OYHSP will be receiving a percentage of the hunt proceeds. (the percentage is already agreed upon)


This is a fundraiser for the OYHSP to help us take kids from non hunting homes on a deer hunt during Oklahoma's youth deer season. The OYHSP is a non profit organization run solely by volunteers. The funds are used for insurance, and food to be prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner for everybody on the hunts. Hunter safety orange, pop up blinds, ammo and sometimes large cabin tents and cots are rented for the hunt weekends.

Where is this place? Went through their whole website and closest I could get was Grady Co., did not seem to be a town listed.

Like Bassin said the price is $300.00 per shooter. Lunch and drinks are included.

It is not full. There will also be a trap shoot before the hunt for warm up and practice. It is included in the price.
