Extended chokes anyone try them?

i dont shoot duck or geese, i shoot more skeet, trap, and 5-stand. i have patterned a lot of guns and choke combinations. as far as 'does a extended choke pattern better than a flush choke' i have not found that to be the case. i use extended choke mainly because with a glance i can see what choke i have in the gun and and they are easier to change out than flush chokes. i do think some guys believe that the longer choke makes a more consistent and repeatable choke pattern than a shorter tube.
