Good luck on the hunt @Commander Keen ! I am currently sitting at 140 pounds, and still losing. Still working out but only 45 minutes a day cardio 5 days a week and 30 minutes upper body work 2 days a week and core work every other day. The doctors are starting to scare me now. Lol But I'm not giving up the benefits that working out has given me (reduced BP, respiration and RHR, better blood glucose numbers, better stamina and stronger) because the easy answer for them is "eat more and don't exercise". They are just gonna have to figure out a HEALTHY way to stall my weight loss. I learned my lesson the hard way with my neck. If this set of doctors can't figure something out, I'll find someone who can. Thankfully I now have a primary care guy who is with me. There are lots of options out there and often, in medicine, it is a process of elimination when it comes to figuring out what works. I'm grateful to have found this guy. He'll get me back on the straight and narrow, I'm sure.
