I'm going to be retired in a couple of years. I'm thinking with the equipment I have, putting in food plots for those that don't may be a nice way to add a couple of bucks to the wallet.

Got done yesterday. Wheat and peas, inoculated, planted and fertilized. Sure hope we get the rain like they're talking.
Went to a little "play" area my son and I did. There is chicory popping up all over. Some little areas of clover and other stuff are not sprouted yet. Hope this shower will bring it up.
Planted 7 plots on Monday. Praying for rain! Found 1 shed antler as well.
I am going to finish 4 plots today in OKC for the "kids". My trusting little doe walked within 15 feet of me last night anxiously waiting for me to finish filling the water barrel so she could eat.
Got about 3 acres of plots planted Monday and Tuesday and made sure all the stands were ready to go. This was the first year for these plots and breaking new ground reminded me I definitely need a bigger tractor!!
