There are many gunsmiths in the Tulsa area. Most specialize in a particular field, ie; Refinishing, Barrel work, Pistolsmithing, Shotguns, Tactical, or General repair.

R&S gunservice on Broadway in Moore are good. I have used them a couple of times, and they are reasonable about service charges.
I've had good service in Tahlequah by Williams shooting supply.. nice folks easy to work with .

Paul Day in Fort Gibson is really good has done muzzel brakes and rebarrels for me. If need contact info let me know.
Mike Bay with Trident Precision Machine is a very good 1911 Pistolsmith. He is located at 61 & Peoria BGI Business Park. He keep strange hours most of the time so you might try calling before you drive over. I can send you some pictures of his work if you would like me too.
