I usually just buy tools that I don't use a lot at Harbor Freight. But I bought this awhile back https://www.harborfreight.com/4amp-...ntrolled-battery-chargermaintainer-63350.html and holy crap it is awesome. It has exceeded all expectations, which honestly wasn't that high.

I have those on boat, mower, rv and 2 back ups. Have performed as well as a charger I bought years ago, that cost more than those 5 combined.

Highly recommend for every shop.

This is what I use to pull fence post. The shop hoist from HF was modified for the job.View attachment 475433

That would work for that job and is something similar I use to put deer into the back of the truck.
In this job, the 4X4 posts were put in with a 12” auger and 4’ deep.
They wanted those posts to stay in place.

Was putting in a paver block retaining wall at the son’s place yesterday.
My laser level took a dump.
Went to HF to get a replacement.
Two on the hook. One had been opened.
Chose the unopened one.
Tested it in the parking lot. The laser worked fine.
The digital display didn’t come on even after testing the battery to make sure it was working.
Returned it today and got a refund.
