Ah ok, I thought you were talking about a single case that encompassed the entirety of the ATF’s violations. That would be awesome, but the nickel-and-dime cases probably have a higher chance of success.
I ordered a 20” 6.5 Grendel barrel & bolt and will just disassemble my 10.5” 5.56 and make a long range toy if the December ATF decision sucks.
