Sorry, was speaking about the legislation that produced the BSCA, not the 2A. The BSCA is the legislation that the ATF is basing their new guidelines on. Dems think this new rule is following the BSCA, Repubs dont, & think it also violates the 2A. Hence, the lawsuits. Injunction ruling to prevent the new rule is before the court now. Expect a ruling Monday. Then the courts will hopefully overturn it.
