Anyone know how to date an Iver Johnson Revolver? The serial number is H88XXX. I know you have to shoot the .32 ammo with the smokeless powder in the older ones. Of course I probably won't be firing it anyway.
I'm in for the same info, as I recently discovered my grandmother has had one in her nightstand all this time. It was her father's, and was issued to him by a railroad union in St Louis around the 40s i want to say. So it's atleast that old.
