The Cherokee Nation Marshal service is across the highway from my shop, they have two MRAP's that never move.

Yeah that is what happens with a lot of this stuff, sits there collects dust, gets lost and/or stolen then turned in for insurance purposes.

Looked at comanche county, OK and someone there made out like bandits with multiple mrap's, trailers and generators.
