The X300 probably isn't for the money, but the X300 Ultra is 500 lumens. X300 is 170, TLR-1s is 160.

I would have loaned you an X300 for that Jesse. I didn't sign up in time and I have two X300's not really being used.

I had a CAR-2 fake can on my 9mm AR upper; it did nothing for flash suppression or recoil dampening, but it looked cool, alright.

yup, Sig Sauer M400. i've put around 700 rounds thru it with zero issues. I was going to get a black one but you never see people with the flat dark earth so I went with that one. I got it from academy a month ago.

Found it on sale at Brownell's and thought what the hell. The only reason I bought it is the fact that it kept the overall barrel length to 16 (which is the shortest legal length without SBR stamp) without having to buy a 14.5 and pay for a pin and weld job. What can I say, I'm a cheap ass.

I do have to say it's fun as hell to shoot. FIRE!

Hell nah; the can ain't real. It's defintely fake. In fact it's probably the most anti-sound suppressing device I've ever seen. Damned thing makes that 5.56 sound like a cannon!! LOL! Without eyes and ears; you could possibly go blind and deaf with a single squeeze of the trigger.
