Just got the scope mounted and Its almost done, accept for a bipod.

Yes, its .223-5.56! I was like you Big D, I waited a year and shot of the flip ups. I wanted a proper scope but the ones I looked at I couldnt afford, so I went with a good low budget scope. When I can afford something high end Ill replace this scope and use it on something else.

Does the scope have a quick release mount? It looks as if it does. If so, do you find that it zeroes well on long range shots after reinstalling?

Just got it mounted at this point, its not even bore sighted yet. And I got the mount of a friend, and he hadnt used so I dont know yet.
