Not the most productive day for me but I got some garlic planted. Should have gone fishing.
^^^^^^ we did that many years at Eufaula under the RR bridge near Bridgeport. Fish all night get 5 gallon buckets of either. Also fished the creeks near Lakeview grocery. Some of my best memories. .
My stepdad had a cabin behind the store. He would let me drive car and boat at 12 yrs. old. during the day.

My grandson was maybe 3 years old and I let him drive my 1975 Bayliner to chase juglines.
He blew right past the jug and then asked me where it was.
I said you blew past it and I pointed behind the boat.
I throttled down for him and he turned the boat around and then he hung on the throttle lever to get it to go wide open.
Grandma was in the boat (my wife) she asked the grandson:
Why do you have to go so fast?
Because I NEED too grandma.
