If you don't find a Marlin, look at the Henry. I have one and use it in some steel challenge competitions. It's a keeper.

Mag or tube fed does not matter to me. I prefer bolt or lever action, but I may be open to pump or semi auto depending on what it is.

Rossi has a couple of offerings in pump and lever currently. (Gallery and Rio Bravo) You can get wood or polymer furniture.
If you're stuck on Marlin, you would have to luck into a used one since Ruger/Marlin hasn't made anything in 22WMR yet.

Thank you sir, I was really stuck on marlin. It looks like I’ll have to check out some of Rossi or savage. I didn’t realize how difficult it could be finding a marlin nowadays

No problem. I just picked up the Rossi plasic pump in 22WMR myself. I should get to drop a scope on it and try it out next week.
