MOE vs CTR

So what is the big difference between the Magpul MOE and CTR stocks? I guess I'm missing it somehow. Then again, I'm a rookie.

The CTR has a lever that friction locks the stock to the tube making it very secure. The MOE does not. The CTR also accepts QD sling swivels and the MOE does not.
