I never saw a black panther and I've lived here most of my life..My Daddy use to tell me about Hoop Snakes and everytime us boys would laugh he would get mad as hell..Claims he saw a lot of them growing up in Arkansas..That's the snake that will stick his tail in his mouth making a hoop. The thing can roll very very fast..Looks like a slim car tire going across the ground..They can go even faster when being chased by a black panther..
Anyone ever seen it rain fish?? I seen it one time in north town in the late 70's during a tstorm.
