The only other thing I can think of is a bore obstruction. Can you look down the barrel now?

The rounds in this pic. What are they? Because the bullets look to be pretty deep. Maybe not, but from the pics and the PMC Bronze I have on hand they look deep.

I think I'd get that round out of the barrel.
Before you do, drop a dowel down the barrel and see where it stops, mark the dowel then pull it out and lay it next to the barrel and see if you have a barrel obstruction.
then use a brass rod and pound that round out and examine the bullet and brass.
It''s either a barrel obstruction, double-charged round or an out of battery discharge.
