I read the rules as Dennis pointed out and you must have your name and license # on your fish..
I assume this means on your basket or stringer that contains your fish.

So I have made these stringers for friends as my dad made one years ago .
You guys probably have the same stuff laying around.

1/4" soft copper tubing and parachute cord or other line that would work.

Stick cord into deburred end of copper about 4" into the copper. Flatten with a hammer. Cut end off at an angle to create a point.
Take engraver or metal stamp set and engrave your information on it.
