Nikon to axe rifle scopes

They old Nikon Monarch UCC scopes were good quality. Things started to slide when they started making 100 different models.

Hated to see them get out of the scope business since 5 of my best rifles are topped with Monarch scopes, but I’ve never had to take advantage of any warranty work either.
Suspect they will outlive me.
